He has the gift(s) to compose strong, eloquent, heartfelt songs of substance and naturally play the guitar as though it is an additional limb that was attached to his body since birth. He also seems to feel every note that comes from his stage ensemble - from the vibrations that resonate on the drums to the release of the last key on the saxophone.
endearing musician:
He is also just a quirky, goofy, self-deprecating, no pretense kind of guy (loved the way he fiddles with the side zippers on his pants when he speaks). These are the traits that make him an endearing musician who is simply trying to adjust to the attention that his gift has garnered.
I have always loved his music. Now I can honestly say that I like him-alot.
